Do you print proofs of my job
We do not print a proof of your actual job, we do have generic physical samples for you to see how the menu will be, to request a sample pack please email telesales@globalbrands.co.uk

Will you check my artwork before printing?
Yes, we do a manual quality check on the design and logo to ensure its to a high standard, we will not check for content for example prices

How much does print and delivery cost?
There is no cost for the menu's or delivery

How long does it take for my menus to arrive?
Once your order is placed and has been checked, you menus will arrive within 3-5 working days

Can you offer an express service?

Can I track delivery and status of my order

Of course!, We will email you a tracking link when your job is dispatched so you can track your job every step of the way with our delivery company furthermore you can always log into your account and track the order or view the status

What happens if I’m not in?
All the couriers companies we use are fully tracked and need to be signed for. Should something unfortunate happen and the driver calls when you are out, you can simply contact the courier company and quote your tracking number for a re delivery free of charge, you can also request to leave this in a safe place or with a neighbour

How do i re-order previous menus?
Please login to your account, view previous orders or my saved designs, you can easily re-order menus or make changes if required before ordering
